Context

Tourism operators in Madagascar need an authorisation from the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts before they can operate.

Problem

The authorisation process had to move from paper to a digital, traceable and automated workflow.

Solution

A Spring Boot and React platform where Camunda BPMN orchestrates each step of the process, OCR reads the submitted documents, and SARIMA and Random Forest models add predictive analysis.

Outcome

The tourism authorisation process is digitised and automated end to end on one platform.
