Context

MCCL moves containers along Madagascar's coast and runs a fleet of trucks on land, with drivers and fuel to keep track of every day.

Problem

Trucks, drivers and fuel consumption had to be followed in one place, both from the office and from the field.

Solution

A Flutter app for the field and a web dashboard for the office, sharing one Node.js API and one PostgreSQL database for vehicles, drivers and fuel records.

Outcome

Fleet, driver and fuel management now run on a single platform, on mobile and on the web.
